Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Polygons Arts ("we") for the use of this website and our products. They have a general part, which applies to everything, and a part for each product. By using the website or installing or using a product you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use them.

General
1. Our content
The website, our products, their names, logos, texts and images belong to Polygons Arts. You may link to the website and share its pages; do not copy our products or present our material as your own.
2. Acceptable use
Do not use the website, our products or our servers to break the law, or to attack, overload or probe our systems.
3. No warranty
The website and our products are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not guarantee that they are error-free or that they will never lose data — keep backups of important files.
4. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Polygons Arts is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
5. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date above shows the current version; for important changes we will tell you in the product before they take effect. Continuing to use the website or a product means you accept the new terms.
Nexus Asset Vault
N1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Nexus Asset Vault ("the app") on your computer, within the features of your plan. The free version may be used without an account. The app is licensed, not sold; we keep all rights in it. Versions marked alpha or beta are early versions and may change a lot.
N2. Accounts
- Give a correct email address and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- An account is for one person and is active on one computer at a time. Sharing or reselling accounts is not allowed.
- We may suspend an account that breaks these terms (see N4). You can ask for it to be reviewed by writing to us.
N3. Plans and licenses
- Paid features need a license that the app renews online. A license stays valid for up to 7 days without an internet connection.
- When a paid plan ends, the paid features stop, but your libraries stay readable and exportable. Your files are never locked or deleted by us.
- Prices, billing and refunds will be described here when paid plans go on sale.
N4. What you may not do
- Copy, sell, rent or distribute the app or its paid features, except as allowed by law.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the app, its files or its runtime, or bypass, disable or fake its licensing, file checks or device limits.
A modified copy of the app, or an attempt to get paid features without a valid license, can lead to suspension of the account.
N5. Your content
Your files, libraries and work remain yours. The app works on them on your computer; we claim no rights in them. You are responsible for having the rights to the files you manage, and for keeping your own backups.
N6. Third-party services
Some features connect to services you choose, such as AI providers with your own API key. Their terms and prices apply, and we are not responsible for them.
N7. Updates and availability
The app updates itself to fix problems and add features. We aim to keep the license server running, but it may be unavailable at times; the free version and valid licenses keep working offline during short outages. We may change or discontinue features, and will give notice of important changes.
N8. Ending
You may stop using the app and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access if these terms are broken. N4, N5 and the general sections 3 and 4 continue after the end.
